Returns must be authorized.
Email us so we can obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RMA #).

A return or
exchange must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Returns must be in new, resalable condition with all
original packaging.

Defective products are repaired or replaced under the
terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns may
be subject to a 25% restocking/reconditioning fee plus shipping costs.
Additional fees may apply to PayPal transactions.

Paint is not returnable. If your shipment was damaged,
return all of the product so it can be processed and verified as being
damaged for UPS claim handling. Refunds/replacements will not be given
without submitting a claim with UPS.

If your
shipment is missing items or has damaged items, you must make a claim by
emailing us within 24 hours of receipt.

Most RMA's are handled on our end so RMA # forms are
not always included with your order.
